We do not accept returns. We know your saree or kurti is picked with love, so if something is wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange.

An exchange is available only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request one:

Record an unboxing video of the parcel being opened, or send clear photos of the issue.

Keep the item unworn, with tags, the bill and all packaging intact.

Once we verify it, we'll arrange your exchange. [Exchange shipping is paid by the customer.]

Exchanges without an unboxing video or photos, or for worn or altered items, cannot be accepted.
